1. Synthesize weekly reports and analyze remote sales.
2. Prepare weekly action plans.
3. Utilize key performance indicators to identify opportunities.
4. Conduct boutique visits for Retail excellence and internal audit projects.
5. Provide daily operations and support to EMEA boutiques, including uniform and packaging orders, bi-monthly operations calls, and stock adjustments.
6. Develop operational tools and revise existing procedures.
7. Assist in implementing CSR projects in boutiques.
8. Compile monthly customer service reports and optimize processes.
9. Coordinate with workshops and boutiques, ensuring KPI tracking.
10. Spend time in Parisian boutiques to enhance retail knowledge.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience of 4 to 6 months preferred.
3. Fluent in English.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
4. Affinity for luxury and retail sectors.

Beginner level experience, ideally with a previous internship of 4 to 6 months.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
