1. Monitor sales performance across the EME region's boutique network.
2. Manage stock requests and transfers between boutiques.
3. Coordinate the Personalization offer with boutiques, the Merchandising team, and the central Made to Order team.
4. Participate in buying sessions for new collections with Merchandisers in the showroom.
5. Assist in boutique openings, relocations, and pop-up projects in the region.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to collection briefs for the marketing team.
7. Perform ad hoc analyses.
8. Participate in and track the progress of the Allure Ambassador training program.
9. Develop training tools to convey product knowledge and craftsmanship to the boutique network.
10. Spend time in Parisian boutiques to enhance retail knowledge in sales and stock management.
11. Establish strong internal relationships with Boutiques, Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Training teams.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent university program.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Luxury and retail sensitivity.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
