Berluti Retail Merchandising & Training Assistant Intern
Berluti, a distinguished French maison under the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895. - Monitor sales performance across the EMEA boutique network.
- Manage stock requests and transfers between boutiques.
- Oversee and animate the Personalization offer in collaboration with boutiques, the Merchandising team, and the central Made to Order team.
- Participate in buying sessions for new collections with Merchandisers in the showroom.
- Engage in various ad hoc projects, including boutique openings, relocations, and pop-up projects in the region.
- Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to collection briefs for the marketing team.
- Participate in and track the progress of the Allure Ambassador training and conversation.
- Develop training tools to transmit product knowledge and craftsmanship to the boutique network.
- Spend time in Parisian boutiques to enhance retail knowledge in sales and stock management.
- Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders such as Boutiques, Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Training.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Luxury and retail sensitivity.
Entry-level experience is acceptable.
Business school or equivalent university education.
