Berluti Retail Merchandising & CRM Manager

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sell-through targets.
- Analyze market specifics to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with central teams to align merchandising strategies with market needs.
- Participate in store openings and reshaping to optimize merchandising impact.
- Analyze sales performance and supervise stock rotations to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate on defining Open-To-Buy (OTB) for collections and participate in buying sessions.
- Manage supply chain processes to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Support store managers with commercial animation plans and define product launch strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and animate communities of product experts to support business priorities.
- Define and oversee clienteling action plans and events strategy in coordination with the event manager.
- Conduct customer-centric data analysis to inform CRM strategies and support database management.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Merchandising from a recognized university or business school.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably with CRM experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the men's market across various segments.
- Proven leadership and autonomy with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to implement initiatives with commercial creativity.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in retail merchandising, ideally with CRM experience and a focus on the men's market.
Master’s degree in Marketing or Merchandising.
