Berluti Retail Merchandising & CRM Manager
Berluti, the only men's Maison in the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895. It has grown through four generations of the Berluti family, focusing on excellence and craftsmanship in shoes, leather goods, and patina. The brand expanded into leather goods in 2005 and ready-to-wear collections in 2011, offering innovative lifestyle products while maintaining the Berluti spirit.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for catalogue and special order offers to ensure sales growth and achieve sell-through targets.
- Analyze and identify growth levers in line with market specifics.
- Implement action plans to increase brand visibility and desirability.
- Influence and brief central teams to meet market needs.
- Identify collaboration opportunities and relevant exclusive products.
- Participate in store openings and reshaping.
- Analyze performance: sales, sell-through, stock levels by store and country.
- Supervise stock rotations and rebalancing to maximize performance.
- Participate in the annual sales budget.
- Ensure quantitative and qualitative feedback on collections.
- Collaborate with central teams to define the Open-To-Buy (OTB) for each category.
- Participate in annual buying sessions, developing buying strategies, assortment selection, and sales forecasting.
- Work with stores on client reservations and stock levels.
- Review delivery plans with supply chain and manage inventory levels.
- Support store managers in commercial animation plans.
- Define product launch strategies with zone and central teams.
- Conduct training sessions during new collection launches.
- Lead proposals for commercial animations, CRM, and press events.
- Prepare seasonal product training materials.
- Define clienteling action plans and events strategy.
- Oversee CRM and Event budget management.
- Prepare and adapt newsletters for the US market.
- Conduct customer-centric analysis and propose action plans.
- Master’s degree in Marketing/Merchandising.
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the men's market and its challenges.
- Leadership, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong product sensitivity.
- Rigorous and results-oriented.
- Retail and client-centric.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Developed analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers.
Minimum of 5 years in retail merchandising, ideally with CRM experience in the men's market.
Master’s degree in Marketing/Merchandising.
