- Manage the implementation, administration, and operation of functional Human Resources services, ensuring alignment with business initiatives.
- Provide quality service in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training and development.
- Partner strategically with retail groups to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues with consistency and limited exposure to the company, providing effective coaching and disciplinary strategies.
- Implement corporate policy and process changes, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- Develop broad recruitment strategies for challenging, seasonal, and project-based roles.
- Oversee HR technology administration and manage disability and leave cases.
- Communicate and facilitate the rollout of company benefit programs.
- Build alliances with management and employees, establishing a consultative role as subject matter experts.
- Advise on organizational design and business planning, ensuring alignment with HR policies and practices.
- Analyze business trends and recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate on job analysis, creation of job descriptions, and compensation impacts.
- Ensure consistent utilization of the Performance Management Program.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
- Initiative-taking and ability to involve cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
- Ability to balance coordination of daily operations with long-term strategic planning.
- Decision-making skills with the ability to anticipate, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
