1. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Utilize comprehensive product knowledge and brand history to enhance the selling ceremony, maximizing sales and fostering client loyalty.
3. Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
4. Develop and expand a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries to strengthen relationships and drive business.
5. Manage follow-ups related to shipping, alterations, and repairs.
6. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's image.
7. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity and fashion.
2. Proficiency in developing and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, ideally within a luxury consumer goods environment.

Hourly wage ranging from USD $27.00 to $29.00, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
