1. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Incorporate extensive product knowledge and brand history into the sales process to maximize sales and foster client loyalty.
3. Capture and manage all relevant customer information in the database.
4. Develop and expand a client book, maintaining customer correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
5. Follow up on client-related matters such as shipping, alterations, and repairs.
6. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's image.
7. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong business acumen and passion for creativity and fashion.
2. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

A minimum of three years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Hourly rate with potential for bonus and commission.
