1. Act as a brand ambassador and direct link between Berluti and its customers.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service through an exceptional selling ceremony.
3. Develop a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Meet individual and store sales targets.
5. Incorporate product knowledge and brand history into the selling process to maximize sales and build client loyalty.
6. Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the database.
7. Maintain and expand a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries, and maintaining customer correspondence.
8. Follow up on shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters.
9. Assist in visual merchandising, general housekeeping, and store image maintenance.
10. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong drive for business results.
2. Passion for creativity, fashion, and the Berluti brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Hourly rate of USD $27.00-$29.00, plus bonus and commission opportunities.
