1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Berluti ethos in all customer interactions.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service through a refined selling ceremony.
3. Develop and maintain a robust local and international client book.
4. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
5. Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge and brand history into client interactions.
6. Capture and manage customer information in the database.
7. Address client concerns and inquiries, ensuring follow-through and satisfaction.
8. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's aesthetic.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Ability to build lasting client relationships.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Hourly rate of USD $27.00-$29.00, with potential for bonus and commission.
