1. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Berluti to clients with professionalism and expertise.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a superior selling ceremony that upholds Berluti's quality standards.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, cultivating relationships with local and international clients.
4. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
5. Incorporate in-depth product knowledge and brand history into client interactions to maximize sales and foster client loyalty.
6. Capture and manage customer information in the database to enhance client relationships.
7. Assist with visual merchandising, store maintenance, and uphold the store's image.
8. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity and fashion.
2. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $24.00 to $27.00, with potential for bonus and commission.
