- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Integrate product knowledge and brand history into the selling process to maximize sales and foster client loyalty.
- Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
- Develop and expand a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Manage follow-ups on shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters.
- Assist in visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintaining store image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity and fashion.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

Hourly rate between USD $27.00-$29.00, with potential for bonus and commission.
