1. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Utilize product knowledge and brand history to enhance the selling ceremony, aiming to maximize sales and foster client loyalty.
3. Capture and maintain all relevant customer information in the database.
4. Develop and expand a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries to build and sustain relationships.
5. Manage follow-ups related to shipping, alterations, and repairs.
6. Assist with visual merchandising and maintain the store's image.
7. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong business acumen and a passion for creativity and fashion.
2. Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

A minimum of three years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $27.00 to $29.00, with potential for bonuses and commissions.
