Berluti Retail Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Integrate product knowledge and brand history into the sales process to maximize sales and foster client loyalty.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
- Expand and manage a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Coordinate follow-ups for shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters.
- Assist in visual merchandising and uphold the store's image through general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong business acumen and passion for creativity and fashion.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in retail sales and client service within a luxury environment.
Hourly rate ranging from USD $27.00 to $29.00, with opportunities for bonus and commission.
