1. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Integrate product knowledge and brand history into the sales process to maximize sales and foster client loyalty.
3. Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
4. Expand and manage a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
5. Coordinate follow-ups for shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters.
6. Assist in visual merchandising and uphold the store's image through general housekeeping.
7. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong business acumen and passion for creativity and fashion.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in retail sales and client service within a luxury environment.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $27.00 to $29.00, with opportunities for bonus and commission.
