Berluti Research & Development Intern for Raw Materials
Berluti, the sole men's Maison within the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895. It has thrived through four generations of the Berluti family, cultivating the art of excellence and craftsmanship in footwear, while also developing a passion for leather and patina. In 2005, the Maison launched its leather goods collection, followed by a prêt-à-porter collection in 2011. Today, Berluti offers innovative lifestyle collections, including bespoke and ready-to-wear clothing and footwear, along with a wide range of accessories. The Maison's distribution network comprises approximately 70 directly operated boutiques across Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia, as well as around 30 franchised outlets with varying degrees of customization.
- Monitor the progress of raw material orders, including leather, textiles, metalware, and construction materials.
- Oversee sample and prototype orders.
- Liaise with tanneries to obtain technical sheets for each sampled item, manage document returns, and handle documentation.
- Monitor new leather proposals in coordination with the style office, collection coordinators, and industrialization offices.
- Currently pursuing a degree in fashion and luxury or a related economic field, with a strong motivation to work in the fashion sector.
- Basic knowledge of leather and textiles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and curiosity.
- Good command of English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
No prior experience required.
Currently pursuing a degree in fashion and luxury or a related economic field.
Reimbursement of €800 per month plus free internal dining facilities.
The internship offers a monthly reimbursement of €800 and complimentary internal dining facilities.
