1. Assist the Director of Public Relations in developing international VIP and celebrity strategies.
2. Manage VIP and celebrity shopping requests globally.
3. Coordinate the sending and receiving of samples to celebrities and VIP stylists.
4. Participate in fittings and coordinate for awards season preparations.
5. Handle VIP sample orders and budget tracking.
6. Manage inter-group shopping requests.
7. Conduct Instagram monitoring and talent scouting.
8. Coordinate article releases with marketing and retail teams.
9. Assist in managing VIP and celebrity lists and gift dispatches.
10. Coordinate and send Christmas gifts.

1. Enrolled in a communication or business school, or equivalent master's program.

1. Strong organizational skills, rigor, and reliability.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is advantageous.
3. Dynamic and versatile with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in communication, business, or a related field.
