1. Support the Director of Public Relations in developing international VIP and celebrity strategies.
2. Manage VIP and celebrity shopping requests globally.
3. Coordinate the sending and returning of samples to celebrities and VIP stylists.
4. Participate in fittings and coordinate events for Awards Season.
5. Order VIP samples and manage budget tracking.
6. Handle inter-group shopping requests.
7. Conduct Instagram monitoring and scout for new talents.
8. Coordinate article releases with marketing and boutique teams.
9. Assist in managing VIP and celebrity lists and coordinate gift sending.
10. Organize and dispatch Christmas gifts.

1. Enrollment in a communication or business school, or equivalent university master's program.
2. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion sectors.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is advantageous.

2. Dynamic and versatile with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Teamwork-oriented with a good sense of relationship management.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in communication, business, or a related field.
