- Assist the Head of Communication in developing international press, influence, and media strategies.
- Coordinate with international press offices and subsidiaries across Europe, UK, US, UAE, and Asia.
- Manage press sample orders, budgets, and invoicing.
- Oversee sample trafficking and dispatch to key contacts including subsidiaries, influencers, and stylists.
- Handle specific press and influencer shopping requests.
- Coordinate internal sample requests from marketing, production, and retail teams.
- Contribute to influencer activations and manage influencer pool coordination.
- Participate in the creation of communication tools including texts, visuals, and videos.
- Compile and monitor weekly press reviews.
- Support the production of international image events such as Paris Fashion Week, press days, store openings, and product launches.
- Provide occasional content management and logistics support for collections.
- Enrollment in a communication or business school, or equivalent master's program.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second foreign language is advantageous.
- Dynamic and versatile with strong organizational skills, rigor, and reliability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
