- Lead and develop the planning team to optimize talent and performance.
- Ensure accurate production planning and monitoring for the brand's catalogue, proposing trade-offs when resources are constrained.
- Collaborate with top management and the headquarters supply chain department to develop workload plans and define production capacities for both internal and external units.
- Play a pivotal role in the Maison's S&OP process by managing the workload forecast of the manufacture.
- Manage a portfolio of orders to ensure timely deliveries from external suppliers and internal departments, maintaining the global service rate of the manufacture.
- Develop workload plans and manage external production capacities.
- Schedule production start dates for catalog products, proposing alternative solutions when faced with resource constraints.
- Ensure the functionality and relevance of the planning software (Horizon) and contribute to its continuous improvement.
- Conduct analyses and reporting on departmental and supplier performance, delivery timing, adherence to lead times, causes of delays, and production capacity projections.
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid functional knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP.
- Mandatory proficiency in Excel.
- Open-minded approach with strong problem-solving orientation.
- Fluency in Italian; very good English; French is a plus.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with specific expertise in supplier management and internal planning activities.
Master’s degree in Engineering
