1. Develop competencies in managing and analyzing the progression of collections and restocks.
2. Participate actively in the creation and monitoring of production plans.
3. Update reports and databases, utilizing management and scheduling software.
4. Resolve operational issues as they arise.
5. Manage orders comprehensively, from material requirements to product realization.
6. Analyze order characteristics and verify production feasibility.
7. Plan and monitor production phases.
8. Utilize SAP for order entry, inventory management, and stock monitoring.
9. Interface with internal ateliers, headquarters, and suppliers.
10. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
11. Create a catalog model for orderable items.
12. Update component coding in SAP.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Economics.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
3. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and result-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems.
6. Teamwork aptitude.
7. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

No prior experience required.

Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Economics.
