1. Update and monitor production schedules in workshops
2. Adjust management software as needed, restore files in case of bugs, and suggest improvements (VBA coding, Access software, Salesforce)
3. Assist in optimizing the flow of pieces in the workshop
4. Support the organization and monitoring of logistics (upstream and downstream)
5. Assist in tracking exotic leathers (CITES)
6. Update performance monitoring dashboards for production
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshops
8. Implement and update KPIs and dashboards measuring the commercial performance of the department and customer service
9. Aid in the creation of reports and ad hoc analyses of activities

1. Enrollment in a business or engineering school
2. Multidisciplinary profile: Supply Chain, Analytics, Product
3. Fluent in English
4. Italian language skills are a plus
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VBA (if possible)
6. Sensitivity to luxury and craftsmanship
7. Required qualities: rigor, organization, autonomy, enthusiasm, confidentiality
