Berluti Production Planner

- Ensure accurate planning and monitoring of production for the brand catalogue, proposing alternative solutions to address constraints or critical issues to satisfy customer needs.
- Monitor production progress in collaboration with external departments such as purchasing, quality, technical, internal production, and suppliers to achieve delivery targets and guarantee service rates.
- Develop workload plans and manage external production capacities in collaboration with the Flow Manager.
- Monitor the functionality and relevance of the Planification Software (Horizon) and contribute to its continuous improvement.
- Ensure the service rate and lead time by maintaining a high percentage of orders shipped on time.
- Conduct various analyses and reporting on departmental and supplier performance, delivery timing, adherence to lead times, causes of delays, and projections of production capacity.
- Apply continuous improvement logic in all phases of the process, from delivery planning to production progress and control, while standardizing processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
- Open-minded approach to work with strong problem-solving orientation.
- Expertise in spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid functional knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with specific expertise in supplier management and internal planning activities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
