Berluti Production Planner

Berluti, a distinguished French Maison under the esteemed LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895. 1. Develop and monitor production plans for the Finishing Department of the Manufacture.
2. Collaborate with the leather goods sector planner to develop and track delivery plans for external manufacturers.
3. Work with the Production Planning Manager to provide a master production plan for received orders, ensuring alignment with capacity reservations and confirming delivery dates to the headquarters.
4. Assist the Sales Administration & Logistics Manager in analyzing production orders from headquarters, ensuring compliance with forecasts and prerequisites, and monitor order forecasts.
5. Utilize and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Advanced Planning Software.
6. Engage with various stakeholders within the Manufacture and the Supply Chain at the Paris headquarters.

1. Engineering school education

1. Analytical, curious, and synthetic mindset
2. Strong organizational skills, rigor, and reliability
3. Energy and responsiveness
4. Teamwork orientation
5. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel; VBA and Access are appreciated
6. Knowledge of SAP is desired
7. Familiarity with production management tools: lean manufacturing
8. Luxury sector knowledge is a plus

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Engineering degree required.
