- Assist the Brand Content and Identity Manager in campaign production in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
- Coordinate bookings for agencies, talents, glam teams, stylists, models, and catering services.
- Facilitate communication with logistics, general services, marketing, production, and visual merchandising teams.
- Monitor the internal validation process and manage interactions with agencies, editors, and talents.
- Organize pre-production operations, including booking venues, preparing styling sessions, organizing castings, and managing product listings.
- Handle travel logistics, including hotel bookings and transfers.
- Oversee production logistics during shoots, ensuring efficient product management and coordination.
- Support post-production processes and deliverables, including retouching feedback and liaising with marketing teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing and annual production scheduling.
- Educational background in production or audiovisual fields.
- Previous experience in managing production for shoots, campaigns, or image content, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong adaptability and responsiveness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for engaging with various internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Keen interest in photography and photo-taking.
Entry-level experience in production management, particularly in fashion or luxury sectors.
Background in production or audiovisual studies.
Comprehensive training on the history and values of Berluti, along with product knowledge upon commencement.
