Berluti Product Developer - Leather & Outerwear

- Lead the development and production process for leather and outerwear collections, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Studio, Atelier, Marketing, Production) and external partners (manufacturers) to drive product innovation.
- Create and update technical dossiers, including materials, measurements, sketches, and components.
- Communicate and manage dossiers with manufacturers, overseeing prototype and sample launches in accordance with development schedules and supplier capacities.
- Ensure adherence to Target Retail Prices set by collection merchandising.
- Participate in fittings with the Studio to ensure product quality and fit.
- Anticipate and resolve product-related issues in collaboration with Production teams to maintain high-quality standards from prototype to store delivery.
- Support Merchandising and Sales teams during showroom coordination and training/marketing tool development.
- Engage in environmental objectives, including material certifications and data entry in dedicated tools.
- Degree in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field.
- Organizational and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English and Italian preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury menswear market.
Degree in Fashion, Textiles, or equivalent.
