1. Lead the development and production process for leather and outerwear collections, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with internal teams (Studio, Atelier, Marketing, Production) and external partners (manufacturers) to drive product innovation.
3. Create and update technical dossiers, including materials, measurements, sketches, and components.
4. Communicate and manage dossiers with manufacturers, overseeing prototype and sample launches in accordance with development schedules and supplier capacities.
5. Ensure adherence to Target Retail Prices set by collection merchandising.
6. Participate in fittings with the Studio to ensure product quality and fit.
7. Anticipate and resolve product-related issues in collaboration with Production teams to maintain high-quality standards from prototype to store delivery.
8. Support Merchandising and Sales teams during showroom coordination and training/marketing tool development.
9. Engage in environmental objectives, including material certifications and data entry in dedicated tools.

1. Degree in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field.

1. Organizational and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
2. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
3. Fluency in English and Italian preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury menswear market.

Degree in Fashion, Textiles, or equivalent.
