1. Manage payroll for a portfolio of 300 employees across headquarters, retail, and workshops.
2. Collect and input variable payroll data.
3. Prepare and verify payroll statements.
4. Handle social declarations and DSN.
5. Manage leave, work stoppages, insurance, and social security benefits.
6. Organize and track medical visits.
7. Draft employment contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
8. Monitor probation periods and residency permits.
9. Administer meal vouchers and health insurance.
10. Stay updated on legislative and contractual changes in payroll and HR administration.
11. Oversee the payroll service provider (Cégédim).
12. Support the HR team and serve as the primary contact for employees.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Payroll or Human Resources.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist.

1. Proficiency in HR software, ideally Teams RH.
2. Strong command of payroll tools and Microsoft Office suite.
3. In-depth knowledge of social legislation.
4. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
6. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Payroll or Human Resources.

The position offers a permanent contract with a hybrid working model, based in the prestigious 8th arrondissement of Paris.
