1. Accurately receive, check, and process incoming merchandise, ensuring proper placement into stock.
2. Assist in the preparation and packing of stock goods for returns, transfers, and rebalances, ensuring correct documentation.
3. Maintain the organization and presentation of stock areas, addressing any discrepancies.
4. Collaborate with the Stock Manager and couriers to ensure smooth shipment flows.
5. Assist with e-commerce tasks, including preparing items for transfer and validating pickings.
6. Process and track items for repair or after-sales service, ensuring timely dispatch and communication with client advisors.
7. Ensure accurate picking and packing of e-commerce orders, adhering to brand standards.
8. Coordinate with shipping platforms for timely dispatch and tracking of orders.
9. Prepare product shipments for quality returns, following established procedures.
10. Receive and store operational supplies, monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management.
11. Participate in monthly and yearly stock counts, ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness.
12. Provide occasional floor coverage and assist the sales team during peak periods.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency with basic IT tools and inventory systems, including Microsoft Excel.
2. Knowledge of the Cegid inventory application is a plus.
3. Familiarity with online shipping platforms such as UPS and DHL.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Understanding of luxury product handling and care.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Hourly rate of USD $25.00-$27.00, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
