1. Accurately receive, check, and process incoming merchandise, ensuring proper placement into stock.
2. Assist in the preparation and packing of stock goods for returns and inter-store transfers, ensuring correct documentation.
3. Maintain the organization and presentation of all stock areas, reporting any discrepancies.
4. Collaborate with the Stock Manager and couriers for efficient shipment flows.
5. Assist with e-commerce requests, including preparing items for transfer and validating pickings.
6. Process and track items for repair or after-sales service, ensuring proper documentation.
7. Ensure accurate picking and packing of e-commerce orders, adhering to brand standards.
8. Coordinate with online shipping platforms for timely dispatch and tracking of orders.
9. Prepare product shipments for quality returns following established procedures.
10. Receive and store operational supplies, monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management.
11. Participate in monthly and yearly inventory counts, maintaining accurate documentation.
12. Provide occasional floor coverage and assist the sales team during peak periods.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role, preferably within luxury retail.
2. Familiarity with basic IT tools and inventory systems, including Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Cegid is a plus.
3. Experience with online shipping platforms such as UPS and DHL.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Understanding of luxury product handling and care.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Hourly rate between USD $25.00-$27.00, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
