1. Update and implement procedures for the operation and maintenance of facilities, adhering to environmental standards.
2. Ensure compliance of installations with current regulations and improve their functionality.
3. Monitor and maintain the quality and safety of real estate and technical installations.
4. Participate in the annual budget preparation for technical services, maintenance work, and forecasted energy and fire safety expenses.
5. Oversee maintenance and service contracts with external companies.
6. Manage multi-technical projects and internal events, collaborating closely with operational services such as architecture, IT, and communication.
7. Develop and manage specific dashboards for maintenance activities.
8. Propose improvements for working conditions and employee safety.
9. Ensure adherence to safety and evacuation procedures.
10. Provide support in managing other general services as needed.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in general services or related fields.
2. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations.
3. Cross-disciplinary knowledge in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and safety.

The role offers a hybrid working mode, with potential for weekend and night shifts, which include an on-call allowance. Travel within France is expected.
