- Develop and implement merchandising strategy for the EMEA region to ensure sales growth and target achievement.
- Analyze market specifics to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute action plans to enhance brand visibility and desirability.
- Collaborate with central teams to meet market needs.
- Identify collaboration opportunities and exclusive products for the region.
- Participate in store openings and reshaping.
- Analyze sales performance, sell-through, and stock levels by store and country.
- Supervise stock rotations and rebalancing to maximize performance.
- Contribute to the annual sales budget.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback on collections.
- Collaborate with central teams to define OTB for each category per collection.
- Ensure relevance of clusters within the region.
- Participate in biannual buying sessions, developing regional buying strategy, assortment selection, sales forecasting, and market optimization.
- Define and coordinate Special Order strategy with central and retail teams.
- Support store directors in commercial animation plans.
- Define 360 product launch strategies with regional and central teams.
- Lead training sessions for new collections with various departments.
- Lead proposals for commercial animations, CRM, and press events.
- Conduct frequent store visits across the EMEA region to build strong relationships and achieve results.
- Manage a team.
- Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising from a university or business school.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in retail merchandising, particularly in men's market.
- Strong knowledge of men's market and its challenges.
- Leadership, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
- Retail and customer-centric approach.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in retail merchandising, with experience in the men's market.
Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising.
