- Develop and implement the merchandising strategy for the EMEA region to ensure revenue growth and target achievement.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to enhance brand visibility and desirability.
- Collaborate with central teams to align market needs and identify opportunities for exclusive product collaborations.
- Participate in store openings and renovations, ensuring merchandising alignment.
- Analyze sales performance, stock levels, and supervise stock rotations to optimize performance.
- Contribute to the annual sales budget and provide quantitative and qualitative feedback on collections.
- Collaborate with central teams to define the Open-to-Buy (OTB) for each category and collection.
- Coordinate the Special Order strategy with central and retail teams.
- Support store directors in commercial animation plans and define product launch strategies.
- Lead training sessions for new collections and animate product expert communities.
- Propose and lead commercial animations, CRM events, and press initiatives.
- Conduct frequent visits to sales points across the EMEA region to foster strong relationships and achieve results.
- Manage a team effectively.
- Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising from a recognized university or business school.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in retail merchandising, particularly in the men's market.
- In-depth knowledge of the men's fashion market and its dynamics.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
- Retail and client-centric approach.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising, with a focus on the men's market.
Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising.
