1. Monitor daily receipt of fabrics and accessories, recording pertinent details such as date and references.
2. Support the progression of ready-to-wear collections through organizing and dispatching dyes, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers regarding technical sheets, pricing, and timelines.
3. Engage in materials and components research and contribute to the department's CSR strategy by gathering information and ensuring raw material traceability.
4. Assist with press order procurement and dispatch.
5. Develop collection documents and sales support tools, including training books and brochures.
6. Aid in archiving materials and components.
7. Foster relationships with internal teams such as the Creative Studio and Supply Chain, as well as external manufacturers and suppliers.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion school, textile engineering program, or equivalent university course.
2. Proficient understanding of materials.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. A keen interest in the luxury and fashion industry.

A minimum of six months of relevant experience is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in fashion, textile engineering, or a related field.
