1. Assist the Materials & Components Manager in the development of ready-to-wear collections.
2. Monitor daily receipt of fabrics and accessories, recording information such as reception dates and references.
3. Support the advancement of collections through organizing and dispatching dyes, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers regarding technical sheets, pricing, and timelines.
4. Participate in press order purchases and shipments.
5. Create collection documents and sales support tools such as training books and brochures.
6. Contribute to the archiving of materials and components.
7. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Creative Studio, Supply Chain) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers).

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion school, textile engineering program, or equivalent university course.
2. Proficient knowledge of materials.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. A keen interest in the luxury and fashion sectors.
6. A minimum of six months of relevant experience is required.
