Berluti Materials and Components Sourcing Assistant Intern

- Assist the Materials & Components Manager in the development of ready-to-wear collections.
- Monitor daily receipt of fabrics and accessories, recording details such as reception date and references.
- Support the progression of collections through organizing and dispatching dyes, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers for technical sheets, pricing, and deadlines.
- Participate in press order procurement and dispatch.
- Create collection documents and sales support tools, including training books and brochures.
- Contribute to the archiving of materials and components.
- Develop relationships with internal teams (Creative Studio, Supply Chain) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers).
- Currently enrolled in a fashion school, textile engineering program, or equivalent university course.
- Possess a strong understanding of materials.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury and fashion.
- Minimum of six months of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
