Berluti Materials and Components Sourcing Assistant Intern

1. Assist the Materials & Components Manager in the development of ready-to-wear collections.
2. Monitor daily receipt of fabrics and accessories, recording details such as reception date and references.
3. Support the progression of collections through organizing and dispatching dyes, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers for technical sheets, pricing, and deadlines.
4. Participate in press order procurement and dispatch.
5. Create collection documents and sales support tools, including training books and brochures.
6. Contribute to the archiving of materials and components.
7. Develop relationships with internal teams (Creative Studio, Supply Chain) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers).

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion school, textile engineering program, or equivalent university course.
2. Possess a strong understanding of materials.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Demonstrated interest in luxury and fashion.
6. Minimum of six months of relevant experience.

4. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
