1. Assist the Materials & Components Manager in the development of ready-to-wear collections.
2. Monitor daily receipt of fabrics and accessories, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
3. Support the progression of collections by organizing and dispatching dyes, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers for technical sheets, pricing, and timelines.
4. Participate in press order purchases and shipments.
5. Develop collection documents and sales support tools such as training books and brochures.
6. Contribute to the archiving of materials and components.
7. Foster relationships with internal teams (Creative Studio, Supply Chain) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers).

1. Enrollment in a fashion school, textile engineering program, or equivalent university course.
2. Proficient knowledge of materials.
3. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Affinity for the luxury and fashion sectors.
6. A minimum of six months of relevant experience is required.
