1. Assist the Materials & Components Manager in the development of Ready-to-Wear collections.
2. Monitor daily receipt of fabrics and accessories, recording relevant information such as reception dates and references.
3. Support the progression of collections through organizing and dispatching dyes, tracking shipments, and following up with suppliers on technical sheets, pricing, and deadlines.
4. Participate in press order purchases and shipments.
5. Develop collection documents and sales support tools, including training books and brochures.
6. Contribute to the archiving of materials and components.
7. Establish and maintain privileged contacts with internal stakeholders (Creative Studio, Supply Chain) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers).

1. Currently enrolled in a Fashion School, Textile Engineering program, or equivalent university course.
2. Proficient understanding of materials.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. A keen interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
6. A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required.
