Berluti Materials & Components Sourcing Assistant Intern

The brand operates nearly 70 self-managed boutiques across Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia, alongside approximately 30 franchised outlets with varying degrees of customization.
- Assist the Materials & Components Manager in the development of Ready-to-Wear collections.
- Monitor daily receipt of fabrics and accessories, recording relevant information such as reception dates and references.
- Support the progression of collections through organizing and dispatching dyes, tracking shipments, and following up with suppliers on technical sheets, pricing, and deadlines.
- Participate in press order purchases and shipments.
- Develop collection documents and sales support tools, including training books and brochures.
- Contribute to the archiving of materials and components.
- Establish and maintain privileged contacts with internal stakeholders (Creative Studio, Supply Chain) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers).
- Currently enrolled in a Fashion School, Textile Engineering program, or equivalent university course.
- Proficient understanding of materials.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A keen interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required.
