1. Assist the Materials & Components Manager in the development of ready-to-wear collections.
2. Monitor daily receipts of fabrics and accessories, recording pertinent information.
3. Support the progression of collections through organization and dispatch of dyes, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers for technical sheets, pricing, and deadlines.
4. Participate in the procurement and dispatch of press orders.
5. Develop collection documents and sales support tools such as training books and brochures.
6. Contribute to the archiving of materials and components.
7. Cultivate relationships with internal teams (Creative Studio, Supply Chain) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers).

1. Enrollment in a fashion school, textile engineering program, or equivalent university course.
2. Good knowledge of materials.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
4. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
7. A minimum of six months of prior experience is required.
