Berluti Master Data Manager

- Lead data-centric projects, ensuring functional oversight, timeline adherence, stakeholder coordination, and change management.
- Oversee the redesign of the Product Information Management (PIM) system and the implementation of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Define, document, and enforce data management rules, quality standards, and control processes for product, image, store, and price data.
- Ensure the accurate dissemination, reliability, and consistency of data from source systems (e.g., SAP) to target systems (e.g., CEGID, Salesforce).
- Validate inter-application data flows, ensuring compliance and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Ensure data and process compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, focusing on security and confidentiality.
- Master's degree in engineering, computer science, data management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Master Data Management, data governance, preferably in luxury or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in PIM (Quable, Akeneo) or DAM (Bynder) tools, ERP (SAP), PLM, CRM (Salesforce), BI/data platforms, and e-commerce.
- Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around data challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical subjects for business stakeholders.
- Diplomacy, listening skills, and pedagogy to support data culture and change management.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to prioritize in a demanding environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an analytical approach.
Minimum of 8 years in Master Data Management and data governance, ideally within the luxury or retail sectors.
Master's degree in engineering, computer science, data management, or equivalent.
