1. Lead and oversee import, export, and domestic transportation for products and non-products, including visual merchandising and store development.
2. Manage and monitor Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Trade Qualification (TQ) compliance.
3. Improve warehouse operations and implement cost control measures.
4. Reconcile data and financial flows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
5. Provide hands-on support to logistics coordinators.
6. Address initial defect issues in collaboration with the Quality & Service Manager and the HQ Quality Control team.
7. Ensure care labels are compliant and efficient, working with the HQ Ready-to-Wear production team.
8. Monitor stock levels of permanent products and manage the distribution of TAC.
9. Organize staff sales, analyze outcomes, and report findings.
10. Manage the end-of-life process for obsolete items.
11. Collaborate with the HQ environment team to implement sustainability strategies in Berluti Japan.
12. Facilitate Climate Fresk initiatives and manage local projects aimed at carbon capture and biodiversity preservation.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and quality control.
2. Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.

2. Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
3. Capability to balance coordination of daily operations with long-term strategic planning.
4. Decision-making skills with the ability to anticipate, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
