1. Lead import, export, and domestic transportation for both products and non-products, including visual merchandising and store development.
2. Manage and monitor EPA & TQ processes.
3. Enhance warehouse operations and implement cost control measures.
4. Oversee data flow and financial reconciliation.
5. Provide hands-on support to the Logistics Coordinator.
6. Address initial defect issues in collaboration with the Quality & Service Manager and HQ QC team.
7. Ensure care labels are compliant and efficient in coordination with the HQ RTW production team.
8. Monitor stock levels of permanent products and manage TAC distribution.
9. Organize staff sales, analyze outcomes, and report findings.
10. Manage end-of-life processes for obsolete items.
11. Collaborate with the HQ environment team to implement sustainability strategies in Berluti Japan.
12. Facilitate Climate Fresk initiatives and manage local projects aimed at carbon capture and biodiversity preservation.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and quality control.

1. Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
2. Ability to take initiative and engage cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
3. Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
4. Capability to balance coordination of daily operations with long-term strategic planning.
5. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to anticipate, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

A minimum of 5 years in logistics and quality control is required.
