Logistics and Transport Coordinator

Berluti, a French luxury brand under the LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895. Known for its excellence in shoemaking and leather craftsmanship, Berluti has expanded its offerings to include leather goods and ready-to-wear collections. The brand is renowned for its unique style and remarkable elegance, dressing men from head to toe with a range of clothing, shoes, and accessories.

1. Monitor weekly activities with the central warehouse and various transporters, including coordination and support for shipments, stock discrepancy management, continuous improvement, and environmental project management related to logistics and transport.
2. Oversee shipments subject to CITES regulations from the warehouse and boutiques, including request tracking, team support, and MasterData updates.
3. Coordinate and track spot shipments for boutiques, end customers, displays, and architecture.
4. Manage store returns and customs procedures to benefit from import duty exemptions.
5. Create and communicate various KPIs: CITES, stock adjustments, and logistics costs.
6. Assist in the customs classification of products.

1. Engineering school, transport & logistics school, or business school degree.
2. Good command of computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel, VBA, Power BI).
3. Attention to detail and comfort with quantitative data.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Fluency in English is essential.
6. Good interpersonal skills and autonomy.

Experience in the sector or a similar position is preferred.

Hybrid working mode with location in Paris 8th arrondissement and travel to Orléans twice a month.

The role is based in Paris, with a dynamic work environment that involves collaboration with various stakeholders including logistics providers, transporters, supply chain, quality, finance, information systems, boutiques, and suppliers.
