1. Monitor weekly activities with the central warehouse and various transporters, including coordination and support for shipments, stock discrepancy management, continuous improvement, and environmental project management related to logistics and transport.
2. Oversee shipments subject to CITES regulations from the warehouse and boutiques, including request tracking, team support, and MasterData article updates.
3. Coordinate and track spot shipments for boutiques, end clients, window displays, and architecture.
4. Manage store returns and liaise with customs to secure import duty exemptions.
5. Generate and communicate various KPIs, including CITES, stock adjustments, and logistics costs.
6. Assist in the customs classification of products.

1. Degree from an engineering school, transport and logistics school, or business school.
2. Proficiency in computer tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Fluency in English is essential.
5. Good interpersonal skills and autonomy.
6. Experience in the sector or a similar position is preferred.

Entry-level experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.

Degree in engineering, transport and logistics, or business.
