Berluti Legal Manager

- Provide proactive and reactive legal advice to Berluti's international teams on business law, contract law, distribution law, and industrial law.
- Act as a legal business partner, understanding commercial challenges and proposing suitable legal solutions.
- Anticipate legal risks and propose preventive measures.
- Draft various contracts including service agreements, partnership contracts, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, commercial leases, and work contracts.
- Draft general terms of sale for stores and wholesalers, as well as general terms of purchase for services and industrial procurement.
- Ensure contract compliance with legislation and internal policies.
- Establish and maintain a contract database.
- Manage corporate legal secretarial duties, including preparing convocations and drafting minutes.
- Advise management on corporate law issues and ensure legal monitoring.
- Handle legal formalities with relevant authorities such as the commercial court registry.
- Update and monitor social mandates and power delegations, ensuring compliance.
- Manage relationships with law firms and notaries, selecting the most appropriate external counsel for each case.
- Control legal service costs.
- Prepare regular reports on significant legal issues.
- Legal education in private law/contract law; minimum third cycle.
- Foreign law degree or business school diploma is appreciated.
- Specialization in contract law, real estate law, distribution law, corporate law; legal and regulatory expertise in the industrial sector.
- Proven experience in international contract negotiation and drafting.
- Meticulousness, practical sense, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and ability to work in a project mode.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
A successful track record of 7 to 10 years in a corporate or business law firm environment, within an international context.
Minimum third cycle in legal education, with additional foreign law degree or business school diploma preferred.
