1. Create high-quality leather goods prototypes and samples following technical specifications, stylistic guidelines, and patterns.
2. Execute primary constructions and stitching of leather goods.
3. Ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
4. Resolve technical issues related to stitching and leather processing.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace and equipment.

1. Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Leather Goods Prototype Specialist with expertise in stitching.

1. Excellent ability to read and interpret patterns (technical drawings).
2. Proficiency in using leather sewing machines (flatbed, column, arm sewing machines).
3. In-depth knowledge of stitching techniques; knowledge of other processing phases is a plus (Preparation and Assembly).
4. Attention to detail and precision in work.
5. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to new techniques and production processes.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Leather Goods Prototype Specialist with a focus on stitching is required.

Direct employment with the possibility of a permanent contract. Work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
