Berluti Leather Goods Product Manager

- Contribute to the development of product strategy by studying and benchmarking competitors, analyzing trends, products, and pricing.
- Participate in creating product briefs for the Studio.
- Support the key stages of collection development in collaboration with the Studio and Italian manufacturing, including material and metal piece tracking, prototype delivery, cost review, and quality assurance.
- Prepare and update collection documents to ensure adherence to briefs and commercial viability.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for collection showcases to the executive committee.
- Ensure accurate coding of collections within systems.
- Coordinate and support product launches, including showroom preparation and collection presentations to retail and wholesale buyers during biannual showrooms.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of training tools and seminars for boutiques.
- Enhance product data for digital platforms, including packshot validation and product information.
- Diligently manage stock and prototype loans to internal departments, conducting inventory as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school.
- Initial experience in marketing or collection merchandising, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Essential product sensitivity and knowledge, with a strong appreciation for exceptional craftsmanship.
- Required marketing skills: sales argumentation, storytelling, vendor training, and highlighting customer benefits.
- Organized, meticulous, responsive, adaptable, and proactive.
- Curious, open-minded, with strong communication and listening skills.
- Enjoys teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, with a pedagogical approach.
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
Entry-level experience in marketing or collection merchandising, preferably in the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school.
Position based in Paris with regular travel to Italy. Immediate availability required.
