Berluti Leather Goods Industrialization Intern
Berluti, a distinguished Maison under the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895 by Italian Alessandro Berluti. Renowned for its bespoke footwear crafted by four generations of shoemakers, Berluti now offers a comprehensive wardrobe for the modern man, including ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, accessories, and exceptional items. With over 60 stores worldwide and unique bespoke services available at its workshops on Rue Marbeuf and Rue de Sèvres in Paris, Berluti celebrates craftsmanship, timeless savoir-faire, and cutting-edge techniques.
- Map and identify standardizable processes within the internal leather goods production flow.
- Develop operational ranges aimed at reducing errors and inefficiencies in coordination with the Leather Goods Department and the Time & Methods Office.
- Document and disseminate best practices identified during the mapping and standardization process.
- Draft technical product sheets.
- Manage bill of materials for the season.
- Collaborate with external suppliers for prototype launches and timely recovery of initial production batches.
- Draft prototype and series head analysis sheets.
- Prepare KPI reports for the industrialization department.
- Enrolled in an Engineering degree or technical specialization related to the fashion sector.
- Interest in the fashion industry, particularly in Leather Goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and precision.
- Good command of the English language; knowledge of French is an advantage.

No prior experience required.
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Monthly reimbursement of €800 plus free internal dining facilities.
