This program provides dual training through educational institutions and LVMH Maisons, fostering skills in various luxury sectors across multiple countries.

1. Participate in a comprehensive training program consisting of 360 hours, including 216 hours of classroom and laboratory instruction and 144 hours of internship within Berluti.
2. Engage in Master Classes organized by the LVMH Institute of Excellence in Craftsmanship, including educational visits to Maisons.
3. Study technical English terminology relevant to the luxury fashion industry.
4. Develop skills in leather craftsmanship under the guidance of experienced professionals at Berluti.
