Berluti Junior Product Specialist Intern

- Assist two Senior Product Specialists in various ready-to-wear categories including Knitwear, Jersey, Tailoring, Outerwear, Shirts, Trousers, and Textile Accessories.
- Participate in fittings and measurements.
- Standardize finished and bespoke products.
- Create technical dossiers based on feedback.
- Oversee prototypes and initial production samples until production approval.
- Develop technical dossiers and monitor semi-finished goods, embroidery, and prints.
- Support manufacturers in the production process.
- Update various tracking tools (Production Tracking, Sample Tracking, etc.).
- Gather product information from suppliers and update supply chain and e-commerce databases.
- Ensure compliance of materials and production components.
- Initiate and monitor fabric and component quality tests.
- Create composition labels.
- Verify and update bill of materials in PLM.
- Education in Fashion, Textile, or Product Design: Fashion and Clothing Professions, Pattern Making, Bachelor in Fashion Business or equivalent.
- Strong product sensitivity with a solid foundation in pattern making and assembly.
- Attention to detail, precision, commitment, proactivity, and strong results orientation.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, and ability to interact with diverse profiles, with an appreciation for teamwork.
- Excellent proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (Office Suite).
- Fluent in English, with Italian language skills appreciated.
- Affinity for the luxury and fashion industry.
- Product development and technical skills in fashion and textiles.
- Proficiency in pattern making and garment assembly.
- Strong organizational and tracking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English, with Italian as a plus.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Degree in Fashion, Textile, or Product Design or equivalent.
