Berluti IT Operations Manager

- Plan, organize, and control IT operations to ensure business continuity across stores, head office, and warehouses.
- Supervise on-site and helpdesk support teams, ensuring optimal service quality and managing relationships with service providers.
- Effectively manage IT projects, including scope, budget, and progress, in alignment with the Berluti Core Model.
- Ensure data, systems, and network security.
- Oversee asset management.
- Collaborate with the central team to define and apply Berluti standards and features.
- Organize training for users on security, collaborative tools, and data protection topics.
- Work closely with LVMH Japan IT teams, local partners, and Global IT Teams to lead, build, manage, and enhance solution architectures.
- Serve as the primary local contact for global IT teams regarding application testing, rollouts, and support.
- Facilitate communication between global teams and local users.
- Assist with application deployments, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Provide initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
- Ensure local compliance with global IT standards.
- Proactively manage and engage the relationship with management.
- Ensure Business Partner expectations are met by the Global IT Team.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve operation processes.
- Timely communication with management.
- Act as an escalation point for critical/high business impact incidents.
- Manage application and vendor performance.
- Govern and standardize the support process to ensure service level achievement, in alignment with Berluti Global technology guidelines.
- Work closely with business units to identify local business needs that may require Central support.
- Manage IT Budget for Japan.
- Represent Berluti in LVMH Japan IT meetings.
- Extensive experience in IT Operations Management, including User Support, infrastructure, network, and security.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management principles and best practices (e.g., ITIL) for incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
- Experience working in a multinational environment with complex organizations and distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management skills are a plus.
- General understanding of the tech culture in retail.
- Fluent in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.

Minimum of 5 years in IT Operations Management.
