- Assist in the preparation of monthly CRM performance reports for various markets.
- Conduct ad-hoc client, retail, and product-focused studies for the Client Department.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of the client database.
- Analyze and report on client event outcomes.
- Coordinate CRM event planning with market teams.
- Participate in the development and updating of event, gift, and client experience tracking.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders such as IT, Marketing, Communication, and CRM teams across markets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Affinity for the luxury sector and customer service orientation.
