Berluti Internship - Business Analyst and Client Data Assistant

- Prepare monthly reports for markets to ensure CRM performance tracking.
- Conduct ad-hoc studies focused on clients, retail, or products for the Client Department.
- Monitor the quality of the client database.
- Analyze and report on client events.
- Coordinate CRM event planning with markets.
- Participate in the development and updating of various event, gift, and client experience tracking.
- Develop privileged contacts with multiple internal stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Communication, CRM teams in markets).
- Bac +4/5, Business School or equivalent university degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and synthesis ability.
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer service orientation.
- Good communication skills and a liking for interaction.
- High level of autonomy.
Entry-level
Bac +4/5, Business School or equivalent university degree.
