1. Assist in the development and execution of the internal communication plan in alignment with the Maison's priorities.
2. Create and disseminate communication materials such as newsletters, emails, videos, and brochures.
3. Maintain and update the internal portal (intranet) with relevant information.
4. Support the organization and success of internal events, including celebrations, CSR initiatives, and product launches.
5. Monitor industry trends to propose innovative communication strategies for employees.

1. Currently enrolled in a Communication program, ideally with a focus on Internal Communication.
2. Previous experience in internal or external communication is preferred.

1. Strong writing skills and a flair for creating visual content using layout design, photo editing, and video editing tools.
2. Meticulous attention to detail, creativity, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
4. A keen interest in luxury products and craftsmanship.

A foundational experience in internal or external communication is desirable.

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication.

Comprehensive training on the history and values of Berluti, along with product familiarization. Mid-term and final evaluations to assess skill acquisition.
