Berluti Internal Communication and Event Coordinator
Berluti, a distinguished French Maison under the LVMH Group, has been synonymous with excellence and craftsmanship since its inception in Paris in 1895. Over four generations, Berluti has mastered the art of shoemaking while nurturing a passion for leather and patina. In 2005, the Maison expanded into leather goods, and by 2011, it introduced its first ready-to-wear collection. Today, Berluti offers a comprehensive range of apparel and accessories, from bespoke to ready-to-wear, embodying its unique spirit and remarkable style.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of communication materials such as videos, flyers, and emails.
- Participate in the animation and updating of information on the internal portal (intranet).
- Support the organization and success of internal events, such as the Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week and Pride Month.
- Monitor trends to propose innovative communication actions for employees.
- Currently enrolled in a Communication degree program, preferably with a specialization in Internal Communication.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in content creation tools (layout, video editing, photography).
- Attention to detail, creativity, organizational skills, and good interpersonal relations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adaptability.
A preliminary experience in internal or external communication is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Communication.
The role offers a hybrid working model and includes comprehensive training on the history and values of the Maison, as well as its products. Mid-term and final evaluations will be conducted by the internship supervisor to assess skill acquisition.
