Berluti Industrial Project Manager

- Develop and oversee global retroplanning for each season, ensuring timely scheduling of industrialization, prebuys, production, and launches.
- Lead and coordinate weekly follow-up meetings with HQ and Manifattura teams to ensure timely market entry and volume targets.
- Manage planning and follow-up of major company projects, including the three-year plan, annual roadmap, budget definition, and transformation projects.
- Plan critical project steps and ensure their timely completion.
- Organize and coordinate periodic progress meetings.
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to the Leather Industrial Director and Board of Directors.
- Ensure consistency and timeliness in company presentations.
- Minimum of 5-6 years' experience in project management or operational roles within an industrial context.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
- Master’s degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent experience in operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and agile.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or operational roles within an industrial context, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
Master’s degree in economics or engineering, or equivalent experience in operations.
